State Fair of Texas Booth

By partnering with us you save both time and money because you won't have the travel expense or the booth expense.  Volunteers are welcome to help man the booths especially at the State Fair.

Sept. 24-Oct. 17 2010 State Fair of Texas - Dallas - $125 members - $225 non-members
Join us in the Food and Fiber Building with the Texas Historical Commission to show fair goers what is great about the Lakes Trail Region.  This will be our 5th year at the fair and each year is better than the last.  Preliminary stats for the Texas Department of Agriculture estimate that approximately 1.5 million people visited the Food & Fiber Pavilion during the State Fair. Southwest Dairy Farmers handed out more than 214,000 ice cream cones, an increase of more than 12% over the previous year. Sales in the GO TEXAN stores also saw an increase of 15% compared to 2007, indicating an increase in Pavilion attendance.  This is a great opportunity to get your materials in the hands of teachers and scout leaders just to name a few.  We will man the booth October 12-15 and volunteers will be needed.  Email me if you would like to send brochures or if you would like to volunteer.
