For the first time in many years, this privately owned National Register building will be open to the public for viewing-- all 4 floors--10,000 sq. feet! Celebrating the German heritage of its builder, E M Kohl, a Beer Garden will provide visitors will food, libation and live music and a silent auciton will give visitors a chance to bid on over 30 special gift baskets! All monies raised will be donated to local charities in the Texoma area.
