Come join the Farmers Branch Mustang Vintage Base Ball team as they play the Irving Estelle Vintage Base Ball Club. Teams will play in 19th century era uniforms and using 1860s rules. By recreating the sights and sounds of a 19th century baseball game, the interpreters and volunteers that comprise the two teams illustrate how baseball has changed between 1860 and the present. When the teams take the field they seek not only to “show a little ginger” but also to provide a glimpse into our regional history. Free and open to the public.
